How does the program work?
Step 1
Our care coordinators will assist in selecting a network provider that is conveniently located near the members home or work.
Step 2
Once a facility is selected, our coordinator will schedule the appointment by conducting a unique ‘three way’ call involving our nurses, the surgery center and the patient.
Step 3
During the same call, members can ask questions regarding their surgery or for further help in understanding how the medical plan covers the surgical procedure.
Members must schedule the procedure through MedWatch to receive discounts.
